Harvard Professor Presents Keynote Address at Second Committee
Raj Chetty, Professor of Economics at Harvard University, will present the keynote address "Equality of Opportunity and Education Policy: New Evidence from Big Data," at the opening of the Second Committee of the 68th session of the UN General Assembly on Wednesday 9 October.

Awarded in 2013 the John Bates Clark medal by the American Economic Association, Professor Chetty was named by the New York Times and The Economist as one of the top economists in the world. He specializes in public finance economics and has authored influential papers on public policy matters. His work has been featured in American Economic Review and Quarterly Journal of Economics. The event will take place in Conference Room 2 of the Conference Building at 3pm.
